What We Offer You

We offer you perfect prerequisites for efficient customer projects with attractive remuneration

In a knowledge-based service industry, our employees are our greatest asset. Our orientation toward our employees is therefore reflected in what we offer.

In addition to an attractive basic salary, we offer a performance-related bonus model with both individual and team components, which is developed with the team’s involvement and undergoes an annual 360-degree review. Furthermore, our team members receive employer-financed direct insurance, capital formation savings payments, and accident insurance.

By arrangement, our more experienced consultants can also receive a company car – and we are happy to cater to individual wishes in choosing it. We offer all consultants 30 days’ vacation, plus all public holidays of the German federal state Baden-Württemberg, regardless of place of residence.

As a modern consulting company, our work is mainly organized virtually. And we give all consultants the tools they need to work in such a way. This includes hardware that can also be used for private purposes:

  • A powerful laptop including UMTS card for mobile Internet access
  • A cell phone including SIM card

You will also have access to a wide range of demo and training systems, which can be used for your own further training (for example, SAP BW, BO XI 4.0, SAS Enterprise BI Server 9.2, SAS AML, SAS Fraud Framework for Banking). The administrative processes relevant for our consultants are supported by modern software in such a way that the time required for administrative tasks can be kept to less than 5% of consultants’ working time.
