Outside project work, we have regular team meetings that enable you to maintain personal contacts, exchange ideas and opinions, and receive further training. The mayato team meetings (MTMs) are a key part of this, in which we like to do things to strengthen our sense of community (refurbishing a kindergarten, caving, ropes course, cooking as a team, and so on).
