CRM book author joins mayato's analyst team (July 2007)

Peter Neckel - author of the book "Customer Relationship Analytics" - joined mayato's analyst team in July 2007. He will analyze the business intelligence market and advise customers on how to optimize CRM processes.

Peter Neckel is a long-year expert in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialized in Data Mining. During and after his academic work he advised customers from several industries including financial services, retail and consumer goods. Peter Neckel consolidated his experiences in his 2005 book "Customer Relationship Analytics", that contains several case studies and practical scenarios for data analysis. Beyond his book he wrote several articles on topics like CRM, Data Mining and Data Protection.
